I have extensive experience working with lower extremity injury prevention and treatment. Chiropractic care will incorporate a variety of techniques, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue, laser, cupping, taping, and focused rehabilitation exercises.
I received my undergraduate degree focusing in Biomechanics, Motor Control, and Exercise Physiology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI, where I was also a Division 1 athlete. I’m a Portland native, former EMT, and have a background that includes being a wilderness adventure guide and professional ski instructor. In my free time, I enjoy cycling, sewing, and travel.
